  9.    Warlock Studio as try-before-you-buy.

  11.    By using the "Mr. Cool Ball" Software, you agree to

  14. 1. All copyrights to "Mr. Cool Ball" are exclusively 
  15.    owned by the author - Peter Sokolov.

  17. 2. The rights to non-profit distribution of "Mr. Cool Ball"
  18.    are granted to the following companies: 
  19.    CNET and TUCOWS Interactive Limited.

  22. 3. The "Mr. Cool Ball" program is distributed on a 
  23.    shareware basis. You are expected to use this program 
  24.    on your system and to thoroughly evaluate its usefulness

  35.    in your home, and on one computer at workplace, which 
  36.    you are the main user on. If you wish to use 
  37.    "Mr. Cool Ball" on several computers, you should 
  38.    purchase several single licenses.

  41. 5. You may make copies of the SHAREWARE version of 
  42.    this distribution package for backup purposes only. 
  43.    No person or company may distribute "Mr. Cool Ball" 
  44.    (this includes WWW-server or FTP-server publishing)

  48.    not use or distribute any part of the original package.
